getting excited

I just took another look at my 2010 schedule to update it and I am getting pretty excited! It feels good to have real goals that I'm working hard towards. It is different than the fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants racing I've done for nearly the past year. I think having a training plan to focus on is the only way I am (barely) staying sane through school, too. In the very very short term, I can't say I'm too excited about the Snake TT this weekend, I am tired. But, I will be better off for it later and I just have to keep my eye on the prize or the big "A" race of the year coming up this June.....it will be here before I know it.
In the meantime, I'm really looking forward to a little fun with the Swiftwick folks at Hell of the South and Dirt Sweat & Gears, the Topeak-Ergon Looney/Kerkove duo in Arkansas for SPRING BREAK!!!, and the BMCC guys at Warrior Creek and BURN 24.
