Loosen up!
In between school, strength training, and riding, I've been really slack lately with taking care of myself so I finally went in to see Dr. Josh Glass at Georgia Sports Chiropractic this morning. I wasn't offended when he told me I really need to loosen up, as the first thing that always goes when I am short on time is the stretching and rolling.
The foam roller I have, though, has gotten pretty soft and isn't as effective as some of the new stuff that has come out. I got a few things from Trigger Point Therapy to try out from Dr. Glass. I especially like these because they look as if they are Topeak-Ergon Team Issue rollers, haha.

And, finally this slick new foam roller. As Eddie pointed out, you can travel easily with it and even store stuff inside to save space. Brilliant!



I'm also making full use of my day off training today and going to see Kyle O'Day for some massage therapy.
They got in one of those cool Alter-G anti-gravity treadmills at the new location, too, which I am dying to check out!
